In the evening a lot of different restaurants would love to offer you a nice dinner. 

Dogs and cats without food € 18,00 per day

Dogs are not allowed in the spa and pool area and in the dining rooms. However, you have the option, to take your breakfast and dinner in the bar area, where you can take your dog! Also on the Coffee Terrace Dogs are welcome! Warning: dogs need to wear a muzzle in all public transport in South Tyrol! You can purchase the RittenCard also for your dog!

from 3 until 14 years = minus € 4,00 per person and per day

from 14 years up = minus € 6,00 per person and per day

We accept short stay only in low season. Shorts stay under 3 nights will be calculate an surcharge of 10 % (exept special offers)!

The price includes the final cleaning.

On a minimum stay of 6 or 7 nights you get 2 additional cleaning (except kitchen) and on a minimum stay of 4 o 5 nights you will get 1 additional cleaning (except kitchen). Every additional cleaning: euro 15,00. Daily cleaning (6 times a week - not possible on Monday) please ask for the price.

No additional cleaning in the winter time.

ALSO INCLUDED IN THE PRICE IS THE RITTENCARD:     

• Unlimited use of all public transport in South Tyrol including the Rittner cable car to Bozen (directly to the center), and the little train between Oberbozen and Klobenstein (one station is also located here in Wolfsgruben)
• Admission to many museums, castles such as South Tyrol The Archaeological Museum (Iceman) in Bolzano, the Messner Mountain Museum, Castle Runkelstein, Plattner Bienenhof u.vm. in Costalovara
• A daily ride with the cable car to the Rittner Horn
• Extensive cultural and hiking program on the Sunny Plateau Ritten
• Depending on the season: swimming in the summer, ice skating and hockey games in the winter

We have possibility of daily arrival and Departure. Except on Monday its not possible to arrive. The apartments are ready for checkin after 3 pm.
Checkout time is 10 am.

arriving by car
- Bolzano Nord motorway exit
- after the toll booth, turn right towards the city of Bozen / Ritten / Renon
- after approx. 500 m turn right towards Ritten / Renon
- At the roundabout take the second exit towards Ritten / Renon
- after 3 km turn right towards Ritten / Renon
- Follow the serpentine road for approx. 10 km (do not let your navigation system guide you through Signat)
- pay attention to the junction Oberbozen / Wolfsgruben (left)
- follow this street to the village "Wolfsgruben"
- we are at the end of Wolfsgruben on the left side (after the small chapel)

by train - train travelers
to Bolzano station, then you have two options:

taxi
There are taxis at the exit (approx.Euro 60.00)
or taxis booked in advance through us (approx.Euro 50.00)

Ritten cable car
at the train station at the exit on the right, after about 1 km you will reach the valley station of the Renon cable car, which will take you to Oberbozen. Here you take the narrow-gauge railway directly opposite and drive to the Wolfsgruben stop. It is only a few steps from here. You can already see our house from the stop. The remaining amount can be paid in cash (up to EUR 1,999.00), with an EC card or credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD) upon departure. A bank transfer is also possible a few days before departure.

If you come later as booked or if you leave earlier, you will nevertheless have to pay for the whole period. If you cancel your reservation 30 days before, you will not have to pay any fee. The deposit will be transferred back or remains for a next holiday. If you cancel only 15 days before, you will have to pay 40 %, until 8 days before 60 % and less than 8 days 70 % of the charge of the booked apartement.
